![]() So for every task I add to Todoist with a date / time, the Google Calendar app will send me a notification whenever its due approaches, thus circumventing the need to go premium. I am using the free version of Todoist, and it doesn't have reminders. Having this kind of integration allows me to see all my upcoming tasks, added from all the above sources, in one unified calendar. It can be Todoist, or Google Keep, or Microsoft Calendar - all of which are integrated with Gcal. I add tasks and events to GCal from multiple sources, depending on which device or app I am using. There are two reasons why I have set it up this way. Tasks without any date or time remain in Todoist. So any task that I add to Todoist, if it has a date / time attached with it, it will get added to my Google Calendar (from where I can delete them if I wanted). I have integrated my Todoist with my Google Calendar. I think it’s best to not use descriptions in Todoist at all for the content, but rather leave all content in the Markdown file and write a link to the Obsidian file in the description. It might not be the best way, but here's how I do it.
